1.1 All individuals seeking to become assassins must undergo a rigorous initiation process designed to assess their skills, knowledge, and suitability. These tests must be observed by an admin of Black Box.
1.2 Successful candidates will be registered and assigned an initial score based on performance.
1.3 All assassins must be fitted with a tracking device in their hand to ensure compliance and emergency retrieval. Removal of this device is illegal.
2.1 Registered assassins are categorized into three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
2.2 Tier is determined by accumulated score — based on bounty difficulty/value and elimination of competing assassins (including rendering them comatose).
2.3 Tier influences status, income, and available bounties.
2.4 Higher scores grant greater autonomy and privileges.
2.5 VIPs and Black Box personnel may not become assassins without relinquishing their position.
3.1 Bounties may only be accepted through official Association channels.
3.2 Collaboration is permitted; reward splits must be client-approved or mutually agreed.
3.3 Terms of the bounty must be strictly followed.
3.4 Failure may result in punishment by Black Box or Men in Black.
4.1 All Association information is strictly confidential. Neglect causing a leak is treated as intentional.
4.2 Affiliation must never be revealed to outsiders. Any breach may result in execution of involved parties.
